Renovation and conversion of an historic three-story building to be used for dormitory spaces. The existing building only had limited air-conditioning systems and did not have provisions for a fire suppression sprinkler system. The design provided for complete HVAC throughout the building, all new plumbing systems, new lighting and power distribution systems as well as providing for a new building sprinkler system including a fire pump along with upgrades to the existing fire alarm system.
