The project included a 23,184 square foot conversion of an existing dormitory building into office and classroom space. The new HVAC system utilized a closed loop system in order to work with the limited ceiling spaces. The design also included all new lighting and power distribution along with the addition of a new 800 amp electrical service to the building. existing unused space in the basement area was also renovated to accommodate two classrooms, four offices, two restrooms, an elevator equipment room, and lobby area. The new HVAC and Electrical systems were designed to accommodate the renovation of the second phase of the project which includes the second and third floors.
