Block Ten Apartments is a fourteen-story high-rise apartment complex including retail, dining, and office space located in Virginia Beach's New Town Center. The project also includes a four-level parking garage. Coastal Engineering provided the mechanical and plumbing design for the entire building, which included heating ventilation and cooling systems, general plumbing systems, above grade storm drainage and stairwell pressurization systems.
