Update existing and construct new convenience stores, 21 stores in total to date, throughout the state of Virginia. Engineering work included electrical distribution, lighting and electrical service upgrades, as well as plumbing and mechanical system designs. Renovations to existing stores upgraded them to typical prototype standards as designated by 7-11. Each store, though diverse in original condition, was altered to accommodate 7-11’s required equipment to effectively run a store.
