Mechanical commissioning of the new fifty-two million dollar classroom and lab buildings as well as the new 9,000 ton central chiller plant which serves the majority of the buildings on campus. The commissioning process included overseeing the mechanical construction including the direct digital control system. Coastal Engineering was responsible for developing the mechanical and controls testing procedures and verifying the operational test.
