Provided for interior renovations of the approximately 46,015 square foot gymnasium and associate offices, toilet, showers and locker rooms. The toilet, locker and showers were completely renovated including all new fixtures, piping and HVAC. All of the areas were provided with heating and air conditioning. The HVAC system included the use of heat reclaim to reduce the operational cost associated with the required ventilation airflows.
